I work with you to understand the cause of your discomfort and suffering and create an individualized plan that will engage your mind, body, and soul in order to heal, promote and establish well-being.
My Approach To Psychotherapy
I employ both Eastern and Western techniques and practices to help you learn the most practical and appropriate psychological skills that will enable you to move through the painful thoughts and uncomfortable feelings effectively. Mindfulness, EMDR and Hypnotherapy are only a few of the tools I use to help you reduce anxiety and establish well-being.
Together we will work towards establishing receptivity, openness and clarity as your basis of operation so the old reactive patterns will have much less impact and influence over you.
These techniques applied diligently over time will allow and ensure you to be more receptive, calm and at the same time unleash your potential instead of feeling reactive, overwhelmed and shut down.
We will work together to discover what is blocking you and what is truly important and meaningful to you. I will guide, inspire and motivate you to move towards a healthier meaningful life.
Individual Sessions: $250 (45 minutes).
Lower Rate Fees: When possible, I offer a limited sliding scale to clients paying out-of-pocket.
Insurance: I currently do not accept Insurance. Services may be covered in full or partially by your health care provider or employee benefits plan. Please check your coverage amount per therapy session, by asking the following questions to your insurance provider:
- Am I eligible for mental health insurance benefits?
- What’s my deductible? Have I met my deductible?
- What coverage amount do I have per therapy session?
- Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
- How many sessions am I entitled to per year? Do I have unlimited sessions?
- What is my co-pay or co-insurance?
